Already more than 100 have signed up, more than half of them being our German and Swiss friends, and among them we count about twenty pre-war cars, all the ingredients for assembling an exceptional field in August. 

 

The whole event will be exceptional, imagine the competitors' park at the feet of the Lion, in the heart of the Vauban citadelle ,site of the former gunpowder works which is nowadays an exhibition hall for more peaceful events! 

We are right in the centre of the historic town, the town hall and its armoury are 100 m away, and the town-centre shops and boutiques welcome you with open arms. 

 

The principal hotels such as the Novotel are a few minutes' walk away, unless you prefer to take our free shuttle, which will start from the car-park and provide a return service around the main town-centre hotels. 

 

On Saturday evening take part in the grand parade, a unique moment in our MontÃ?©e Historique! Starting from a podium at the Place d'Armes , with an escort provided by the police municipal you will discover the Grand Old Lady of Belfort on a short tour which will bring you back to the overnight park. 

 

The Mayor of Belfort then invites all the drivers and crews to a reception in the Town Hall, followed by the Gala evening âÂ?Â? just ask anyone who knows! 

 

On Sunday another great menu, 12.4km of hillclimbing on a road made of varied gradients and turns ,requiring all your driving skills � and finally don't you think 12.4 kms is truly exceptional?

 

Arriving at the summit the terraced bars make you welcome, with the magnificent views .

 

Lunch at Lepuix, 4 climbing runs on the programme, in all 49.6kms of pleasure.
